Hostel Administration team

Each hostel is supervised by a House Master, an Assistant House Master and Hostel caretaker. However, for the smooth running of Hostel affairs, the School Principal monitors and supervises each activity personally and has constituted hostel management committee comprising the following members.

House for Boys

The school possesses four boys' hostels, named after renowned Muslim heroes from history, namely Ghazali, Latif, Sachal, and Qasim house. Each hostel has the capacity to accommodate 80 students.

House for Girls

The School has one Girls hostel with the capacity to accommodate 50 Girls.

Comfortable spacious rooms

Each hostel room is equipped with a comfortable space that includes a single bed, proper lighting, cupboards, a towel stand, and a study table and chair.

Publicans Mess

School has two spacious dining halls where students dine during meal timings. A well trained and dedicated staff member is in charge of Dinning hall and is termed as Care taker. The Care taker along with the committee ensures provision of meals according to an approved Menu. Emphasis is laid on provision of balanced diet necessary for growth of the youth.

Medical care unit

The Hostel is equipped with its own dispensary, stocked with necessary medicines and equipment. A nursing assistant is present in the hostel round the clock to attend to minor health issues and diseases of the students. Regular first aid is provided to the students in the hostel, and those who require specialized treatment are referred to the City Hospital.

Sports & Games

Sports and games are an integral part of the life of hostel students. They not only provide physical and mental benefits but also help students to develop a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. The School is well equipped with a number of playing fields including cricket, hockey, volley ball, basketball. Besides these facilities, individual enrollments for games such as lawn tennis and squash courts are available for the staff and boarding students.

Coaching classes / Academy

The School provides extra classes as a facility for hostel students to improve their grades. The classes are taught by experienced teachers after regular school hours and covers subjects such as English, mathematics, science, and social studies.

Study hall

The Hostel provides a conducive environment for studying to ensure the academic success of its students. This includes spacious and well-equipped study halls with comfortable seating, good lighting, and necessary study materials. Hostel students are required to attend compulsory study hours from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in respective study halls under the supervision of floor wardens, attendants, or teachers. Study timings can be extended during examination days.

Laundry service

Hostel has its own laundry system which provides laundry facilities on modern lines keeping in view the hygienic aspects.

Hair dressing service

Hostel has an indigenous barber shop. Well trained staff and hygiene are the hall mark of this facility.

Uninterrupted power supply

Hostel has an uninterrupted supply of electricity. In case of emergency / electric failure, a heavy, automatic and efficient generator meets the needs of power crisis thus providing electricity to the all hostel at need times.

Recreational facilities

Various activities such as social nights and colorful programs are arranged by the students on days of National and Islamic significance.

Surveillance through CCTV cameras

The hostel incorporates adequate security system. The hostel is further complimented by live CCTV coverage in all parts of hostel. In our fast-paced world, it is not feasible to be present everywhere at once. Therefore, CCTV cameras are a valuable resource for school administrations as they enable them to monitor incidents that occur in the hostels. The presence of CCTV cameras can also help maintain discipline since individuals are aware that they are being monitored.

Cafeteria

There is the availability of a finely built canteen to give refreshment to students and staff. Fresh items of food, tea and cold drinks are served in quite hygienic conditions.

Smart TVs

The School has Introduced SMART TV facilities in hostels,having a significant impact on the learning experiences of students. SMART TVs are advanced television systems that allow student to access the internet and online content directly from their TV screen. With this facility, students can easily access educational videos, online courses, and other educational resources, making it an excellent tool for enhancing their learning.

Movie Night

Movie night is a popular facility in hostels that provides a chance for boarders to relax, socialize, and enjoy a popular movie in a designated room. It is an entertaining and educational activity for boarding students.

Mosque

School has an exclusive, comfortable, and spacious Masjid for boarders where Nazra, prayers, Islamic studies and Lectures, on various topics of Quran and Sunnah; are undertaken.

Daily routine

Each Boarder has to follow the daily routine (mentioned below) of the hostel with strict compliance.

Mini Library

The School offers a well-equipped library for hostel. There is a sufficient collection of books covering a good deal of subjects of students’ interest and benefit. Moreover, the library offers books of short stories, novels and general knowledge to inculcate the habit of reading among the students.

Computer Lab

A high-tech, well-equipped computer lab with internet facility has been established within School for boarding students. The school has appointed highly qualified staff in the field of computer technology to impart computer literacy skills to the students.

Parent Visiting time

Parents are cordially invited to visit the hostel and witness their children's daily routine during designated days and times. This provides an opportunity for parents to discuss any concerns they may have regarding their children's academic progress, living conditions, food, and other related matters.Parents and local guardians may visit their wards only on weekends of the month and public holidays between 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. only

Internet accessibility

The School has PERN Fiber Optic internet connection supported by HEC. All hostels are connected through Fiber Optic/Cat 6 Cables to benefit from this high speed internet.

The school is equipped with a comprehensive security system and is well-guarded to ensure the safety and security of the students, which is our top priority. Every possible measure has been taken to ensure foolproof security for boarding students.
